The Wave motion indicates good interactions and positive work among the group members, encouraging similar activity and creating a calm environment.

The Turbulent motion indicates arguments and strong disagreements, grabbing the attention of the group members and making them more aware of their behavior. This encourages them to calm down.

The Teardrop motion indicates that one group member is dominating the conversation or one group member is not engaged and contributing. This alerts the members and encourages more inclusive interactions.

OUR IDEA
Our idea is to create a robot that has lights symbolizing colored water droplets, that would help create the soothing illusion of water above the group along the ceiling in order to visualize team dynamic. This would improve group work with various motions.
